Safety Is Not An Option

The law enforcement community is struggling to attract diverse representation. As a minority-owned organization aiming to reach social impact, we believe that we have a moral responsibility to deliberately do well in the communities we operate in.

We have personally invested in ensuring our staff can train and issue state licenses.
In addition, we have plans to establish partnerships with various organizations and trade schools in order to recruit and train new entrants seeking to join law enforcement, and staff them on posts in the communities they represent.
